888pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued photo identification. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 888pkr platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are connecting. 888pkr makes no representation that the Platform Services are available or appropriate in all locations. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
Underage Gambling: Any individual found to be under 21 years of age who has registered an Account on 888pkr will have their Account permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage User will be returned minus any withdrawals already processed, and all winnings will be voided. 888pkr may report suspected cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities.
Each individual person may register and operate only one Account on the 888pkr platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by one individual — whether under the same identity or using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts without notice.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account. 888pkr is entitled to verify all information provided and to suspend or permanently close your Account if any information is found to be materially false, misleading, or outdated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 888pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
You must notify 888pkr immediately via the live chat support channel if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Accounts on 888pkr are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or the funds held therein with any third party.
888pkr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits. Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by payment method and account verification tier.
You may only deposit funds into your 888pkr Account from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and which you are the lawful owner or authorised user of. Depositing from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or any payment method not in your name constitutes a breach of these Terms and may trigger an account review or suspension.
888pkr does not charge processing fees on deposits. Users should however be aware that their mobile network operator or bank may apply transaction charges which are beyond the control of 888pkr.
All balances on the 888pkr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
All withdrawal requests require a fully KYC-verified Account. 888pkr may request documentary identification, proof of address, and/or payment method verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted from unverified Accounts will be held pending completion of the KYC process.
888pkr targets withdrawal processing times of 5 to 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa requests from fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically process within the same business day, subject to banking system availability. USDT withdrawals process within 15 to 30 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.
As a standard anti-money-laundering control, 888pkr requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 888pkr reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals to alternative payment methods.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day vary by Account tier and are communicated in the Account cashier section. VIP-tier members may be subject to higher individual maximums as confirmed by their account manager.
All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback amounts, and free bet tokens credited to your 888pkr Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each promotion are stated in the terms of that specific offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer from 888pkr is limited to one claim per member, per household, per IP address, and per device. 888pkr reserves the right to withhold bonus credits or void winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of its stated terms.
The 888pkr welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first qualifying deposit. It is not available to existing members, users who have previously held an Account on the platform, or users who have been identified as operating multiple Accounts. The welcome bonus carry a standard wagering requirement as stated on the promotion page; winnings derived from bonus funds in excess of defined maximum win caps may be removed from the Account at the time of withdrawal processing.
888pkr reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus credits or bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, low-risk staking strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal game risk, and exploitation of system errors or unintended bonus triggers.
Bonus funds: Only real-money funds in your 888pkr wallet are available for withdrawal without wagering. Bonus funds must be wagered according to the applicable requirements before any related winnings can be processed. Withdrawing a cash balance while bonus funds remain active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
888pkr reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to wagers placed following the final outcome of an event, wagers placed on markets that were opened or priced in error, and wagers that exceed applicable stake limits.
In the event that odds, payouts, or market conditions are published on the 888pkr platform due to a manifest error — whether technical, human, or systemic — 888pkr reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to affected members. 888pkr shall not be liable for any winnings arising from manifest pricing errors.
In-play or live betting markets at 888pkr are subject to real-time suspension, amendment, and settlement. Bets placed during a temporary market suspension may be voided. Delays in data feeds from third-party data suppliers may occasionally result in discrepancies between the live game state and the odds shown on the platform; 888pkr reserves the right to settle all live bets according to official event results.
All sports betting markets on 888pkr are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL events). In the event of a dispute between a User and 888pkr regarding settlement, the decision of the 888pkr trading team shall be final, subject to the complaint resolution process outlined in these Terms.
888pkr applies maximum single-event win limits as published in the Platform cashier or communicated by the trading team. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be settled at the stated cap rather than at the full mathematical return.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888pkr platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, potentially giving rise to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

888pkr reserves the right to suspend any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or may be occurring, where an Account is subject to regulatory investigation, or where there are reasonable concerns about the security or integrity of the Account.
Following investigation of a suspected breach, 888pkr may elect to permanently close an Account. Where closure results from a proven breach — including fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering — 888pkr reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 888pkr live chat support. Before requesting closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. 888pkr will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days. Accounts closed voluntarily and in good standing retain their entitlement to any outstanding withdrawal requests.
All content on the 888pkr platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, software, design elements, game interfaces, text content, images, promotional materials, odds data, and the 888pkr.one domain — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888pkr or its licensed content suppliers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, framed, scraped, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of 888pkr.
888pkr grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform Services for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or redistribution of Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888pkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:
